VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE

This parmesan recipe is so easy to follow, you can whip some up in 5 minutes! The magical ingredients are cashew nuts and nutritional yeast, giving you that cheesey satisfaction without the dairy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse. Use on top of pasta, pizza or salads!
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge.
