This parmesan recipe is so easy to follow, you can whip some up in 5 minutes! The magical ingredients are cashew nuts and nutritional yeast, giving you that cheesey satisfaction without the dairy.
- 100g cashew nuts
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse. Use on top of pasta, pizza or salads!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge.
